Core Objectives

Women's bodies go through multiple changes with age and life experiences.  Weak core muscles, poor posture, and bad habits can lead to incontinence, constipation, prolapse, pelvic pain and injury.  We are experienced in treating the unique needs of women's structure and can help you build a foundational strength to support proper posture and core mechanics, improve bladder/bowel control, decrease pain and establish good habits to support long term health.
