 ABOUT ME

I have been working as a Pelvic Physical Therapist for the past 15+ years.  I specialize in pregnancy, postpartum, bladder, bowel and pelvic pain.  I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University then earned my Doctorate of PT from University of Washington in 2007. Movement and fitness have always been an integral part of my life.  I competed in cross country while at Pepperdine and went on to run multiple marathons including the Boston Marathons.  These days my time is consumed watching my own kids compete but I enjoy strengthening, hiking and skiing.

I hear all the time from my patients, "I wish someone had told me this sooner."  While you can't prevent all impairment and dysfunction, you can take steps to strengthen, recover and prepare for all the changes your body will go through.

WHY WAIT?

Don't wait for something to go wrong, take steps now to lay a foundation of strength and good habits that will prepare you for healthy and active living in the years to come.
